Downtown Bend has continued to grow towards the Northwest for the last hundred years! Developers and residents have pushed beyond historic downtown lured by the proximity to the Deschutes river and the Cascade mountains along with the breathtaking views.
Tumalo Creek and Bend’s iconic Shevlin Park are easily accessible and are the gateway to the US Forest Service lands. Central Oregon Community college is located at the base of Awbrey Butte and has offered higher education to Central Oregon residents and beyond for decades.
